What is included in the 360 photo booth package?

  • What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept Credit/Debit Card, or you may pay via our mobile banking

    option, Zelle

  • How are travel fees calculated?

  • Travel fees are calculated based on fuel price and mileage to

    destination

  • Is the deposit a separate charge?

  • No, the deposit goes towards the total cost of the service

  • When do I pay the deposit?

  • Deposits are due at the time of booking request. The balance for the

    service is due 2 days prior to the event

  • Is there a minimum time required to book?

  • Yes, the minimum time required to book is 2 hours. Bookings are

    scheduled in 1-hour increments

  • What if I need to cancel?

  • Your deposit is non-refundable. However, you are eligible for a refund

    (minus the deposit) if canceled at least 72 hours prior to the rental

    date

How much space is required for the 360 photo booth?

Our 360 photo booth rental requires a 10M x 10M surface. If the

renter does not provide the appropriate space, this may affect the

rental time without accommodation or result in cancellation of rental

service without a refund.

How many people can fit on the platform?

Upgrade Your Party accepts a 45” platform that can fit up to 6 people

depending on each individual’s height and weight
